Course Description
1) Reveal:The First Step of Balance-Strength is Allowing the Brain to “See” the Muscles Again
This done with Deep Tissue Techniques which free muscles and sharpen the MUSCLE SONAR by feel making the brain far better at being the Balance Puppeteer
2) Tune: In the Tuning Phase, we Re-Attach the Core (the body’s adjustable Center of Gravity) to the feet/legs & shoulder/Neck/arms. Restoring ourselves to ONE CONNECTED BODY amplifies strength and creates Balance
3) Apply:Balance Arrives through the Application of Strength. Strength exercises such as pushing through one foot turn into 1-Foot Balance. Importantly, Balance-Strength is applied on the Move as well. Skills such as Freezing and Stopping are drilled while moving forward, backwards, sideways and in rotation.
Ranks Academy Balance-Strength Camp is a 6 Hour Program immersion in the Key Elements of Balance providing a foundation for safety & baseline for improved performance in sport.
